  • Connect any device via Bluetooth/AirPlay by selecting “Front Door Speaker” from your device.

  • All the lights are dimmable, use the switches by pushing one to turn on and rotating the other to dim

  • Please scrape all food into the trash before loading the dishwasher

    • Turn on the propane tank.

    • Push in and turn a burner knob to "Start/High."

    • Press the igniter button to light the burner.

    • Repeat for other burners if needed.

    • Close the lid to preheat (10–15 min).

    • After cooking, turn off all burners and close the tank.

    • Once cool, brush grates and empty grease tray.

  • You are not required to remove trash; APOLLO’S staff will clean the space after your event.

    Please use the blue bags for glass/plastic, and the black bags for trash. Cardboard may be bundled separately.

    Cleaning:

    • All bookings include standard cleaning. This covers roughly 3 hours of cleaning and 3 (33-gallon) garbage bags

    • This is usually enough for most events, but please note that excessive cleaning may incur fees.

  • You are not required to remove trash; APOLLO’S staff will clean the space after your event.

    • Plates / Bowls / Glassware - on the shelves in the kitchen

    • Flatware - kept in kitchen island drawers

    • Stemware - extras are kept in the bedroom storage closet

    • Linens - tablecloths/napkins are in laundry supply closet ($50 cleaning fee applies)

  • Paper towels, linens, cleaning supplies and more are kept in the laundry supply closet next to the tub.

  • Use the Nest thermostat to control A/C and heat (next to the fridge)

    • NO SMOKING (of any kind within the building)

    • NO GLITTER or CONFETTI

    • NO LOUD MUSIC ON THE ROOFTOP

    • NO GATHERING ON THE ROOFTOP AFTER 9PM
